The LTC Challenge
Long-Term Care is a tough environment. Teams are stretched, budgets are tight, and small problems multiply fast. When procurement isn’t structured, homes end up dealing with too many vendors, inconsistent pricing, and a long list of special orders that are hard to track. Storage gets spread across sheds, sea cans, and crowded rooms. Managers spend time chasing deliveries, handling substitutions, and fixing problems that shouldn’t exist. Over time, costs climb and consistency drops.

Our Approach
We combine procurement leadership with practical 3PL-style support—warehousing, inventory control, pick/pack, kitting, and coordinated distribution—so the system actually works day to day. With warehouse locations in Ottawa and London, we can receive and manage inventory properly, reduce on-site storage pressure, and support a reliable delivery rhythm to homes. This gives operators a cleaner, safer, more controlled way to handle supplies and equipment.

Procurement
At the center of how we deliver our promise is our software platform and portal. Inside the portal is a curated catalogue of the vendors and products LTC providers use every day. This gives teams one place to order from an LTC-focused catalogue, keeps purchasing aligned to approved items, and makes it easier to manage vendors and standards across multiple homes. It also gives leadership clear visibility, so decisions are based on real data.

Logistics
As a 3PL partner, we handle all aspects of movement and logistics. We coordinate inbound shipments from vendors, manage warehouse receiving and inventory, and support distribution and transfers to homes. When you need to move products, equipment, or program materials, we help make sure it happens smoothly and predictably. With centralized ordering through the portal, there’s a clean trail for tracking the process from ordering to receiving.

Insight & Reporting
With procurement activity running through the platform, you get reporting without extra work. You can see spending at the home level and by category, which helps leadership understand where the dollars are going and what’s changing month to month. For multi-home operators, you can compare homes and spot differences—where one site is ordering outside the standard, where costs are trending up, or where usage patterns don’t match the norm. This insight helps teams share best practices, spot trends early, and identify areas of potential concern before they become bigger operational or budget problems.

Bigger Picture
When procurement and logistics run smoothly, everything gets easier. Teams spend less time chasing orders, sorting out substitutions, and trying to “make do” because something didn’t arrive. Standardization and volume buying create real purchasing power, which helps reduce costs and stabilize pricing. Warehousing and coordinated distribution reduce waste, reduce over-ordering, and keep inventory cleaner and more controlled. Our team and the platform keeps the whole process organized and measurable, so improvement becomes ongoing—not a one-time project.
Healthier Outcomes
The biggest win is operational calm inside the homes. When managers and staff aren’t constantly dealing with procurement problems, they get precious time back. Work becomes more predictable. Stress levels drop. These benefits lead to better employee work-life balance and retention—and it allows teams to focus more energy where it belongs: delivering quality resident care and the overall experience for residents and their families.
Having standardization across homes brings better control of spend, fewer vendors to manage, and fewer surprises. Warehousing and coordinated distribution reduce storage risk and reduce the clutter that builds up on-site. And because the system is built on a platform and a repeatable operating model, it becomes easier to scale—whether that’s adding more homes, or rolling out new programs like uniforms, onboarding kits, and recognition gifts.
